Kara Swisher at All Things D reports it could be launched as soon as tomorrow. She earlier said it will run on iPads and Android (natch) and that it’ll be in the increasingly crowded Flipboard/Zite/Livestand/Editions/Pulse/etc. space.

Curious if they’ll launch on both Android tablets (which have been a market flop) and Android phones (of which there are a gazillion). Most of these apps started on tablets and only some have moved downscale to smartphones (Flipboard just yesterday.

Update, 3:45 p.m.: It’s out, for Android and iOS (both phone and tablet).
