Mac Slocum is a former assistant editor of the Nieman Journalism Lab. He previously covered the publishing industry as part of O’Reilly Media’s Tools of Change for Publishing division and served as online managing editor for O’Reilly. He’s held editorial positions at a variety of technology and news outlets, including CNET and AOL. Mac is currently digital content manager for WGBH.
