A Munich appellate court ruled against RTL Interactive, ProSiebenSat.1 and Süddeutsche Zeitung in their most recent attempts to take down Adblock Plus. Crucially, the court also said the outfit’s ‘acceptable ads’ whitelisting practices were themselves acceptable. This position contradicts
the earlier ruling by the Cologne court.
