Facebook display ads grew at nearly fourfold the rate of Google’s in the second quarter. Facebook is doing well with approval ratings, too: according to an Adobe poll of digital ad spenders, 51 percent indicated that they thought their ads on Facebook achieved ‘genuine interest’ with viewers. —SW
